This course takes your TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise education to the next level. You'll learn how to incorporate TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise into the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal diseases or disabilities.
Physical rehabilitation practitioners and health and fitness professionals who work with individuals or small groups in the clinic, at the gym, or on the field as part of a therapeutic, post-rehabilitation, or injury prevention program
After this course you will be able to:
- Competently demonstrate and teach back TRX Sports Medicine exercises and modifications
- Learn treatments for common injuries through case scenario formats
- Provide therapeutic and preventative exercise applications for common musculoskeletal injuries
- Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension TrainerTM
- Join the official TRX Directory at Level 2

COURSE MATERIALS: You will receive a Sports Medicine Training Course (SMTC) Manual the day of the course. It is not required that you review this information prior to the course.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Fitness professionals can earn CECs with the completion of the TRX Suspension Training from the following organizations: ISSA .7, NASM .7, NSCA .8, NATA 7.0 and ACE .8. Upon completion of a TRX® Sports MedicineTM Suspension Training Course, you will receive an electronic version of your Certificate of Completion, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs.
All Registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a course completion certificate or Continuing Education Credits. Any registrant missing 90 minutes or more of the course will be ineligible to receive a Course certificate and Continuing Education Credits. No refunds or credits, whether partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
