Shipping Policy
Professional Fitness Inc is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
Professional Fitness Inc is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
For International buyers, given that the delivery address is serviceable by us, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
Although packing is done under strict supervision, we are not responsible for any breakage, loss, theft while in transit. Our Liability ceases after handling the parcel to the courier.
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
There is sometime a possibility of extra charges like Octroi etc. which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.
The prices, Specification and availability of items are subject to change without any prior notice.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Professional Fitness Inc be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site.
Return Policy
Professional Fitness Inc believes in helping its customers as far as possible. However, there is no option to return or exchange of orders as all products are customized according to your specific needs.
